Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by eCare Home, operated by Solocubes Tech Private Limited.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your eCare subscription at any time by contacting us at support@ecarehome.in or by calling +91 81058 59733 or on WhatsApp. Cancellation stops all future billing. No further visits will be scheduled after the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions
Once scheduled visits for the current billing cycle have begun, no refund is issued for that billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next month.
If eCare fails to deliver a scheduled visit due to our own operational reasons (and a replacement visit cannot be arranged), that visit will be credited to your next billing cycle or refunded at our discretion, prorated from the monthly subscription amount.
3. One-Time Add-On Services
One-time add-on services (such as doctor appointment escort, home lab test coordination, and hospital escort) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If an add-on service is cancelled before delivery, please contact us to discuss eligibility for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing timelines depend on your payment provider:
- UPI / Net Banking — typically 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit card — 5–7 business days
- International cards (Stripe) — 7–10 business days
Refund timelines are subject to your bank's processing schedule. eCare is not responsible for delays caused by payment intermediaries.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@ecarehome.in with your registered phone number, the reason for the request, and your transaction reference (if available). Use "Refund Request" as the subject line. We will respond within 2 business days.
